Agent responsiveness is a performance metric that HomeLight uses when making agent-to-client matches. Our clients expect HomeLight to refer them to quick and responsive agents.
If a lead is not responded to within 30 minutes, you will potentially lose access to the referral, and your ability to receive referrals in the future may be impacted.
That said, we understand that situations arise that may prevent you from responding to HomeLight referrals promptly. If you cannot accept a referral for a short period (e.g., vacation, busy schedule, etc.), we ask that you let us know by updating your “Availability Settings.” This is also found on the HomeLight mobile app.
