How Do I Unsubscribe From HomeLight?

We value your partnership and are sorry to hear you no longer want to receive HomeLight referrals. Our partnership is reciprocal and we honor your decision if you are no longer interested in working with HomeLight.

  1. Kindly send in a request for removal by submitting a Support Form to our team.

  2. Your account will be removed within 5 business days and you will no longer be able to receive new HomeLight referrals.

  3. The following steps must be taken to deactivate your HomeLight profile completely. Remember, you are financially responsible for any referral you accepted through the end of your contract “active period” regardless of the deactivation request.

  4. Update all referrals in your HomeLight agent portal to the most current stage.

  5. If you are no longer working with a referral make sure to close (fail) it out.
    1. Note: This should only be done if you are no longer working with the HomeLight referred client.

  6. Until these steps are completed you will continue to receive ongoing correspondence from HomeLight regarding your open referrals, but will not receive new referrals.
