If you no longer wish to receive HomeLight referrals or you are a buyer or seller no longer interested, you can unsubscribe from HomeLight.
Agent Unsubscribe
If you are an agent on the HomeLight platform and no longer wish to receive referrals, please do the following:
- Kindly send in a request for removal by submitting a Support Form to our team.
- Your account will be removed within 5 business days and you will no longer be able to receive new HomeLight referrals.
- The following steps must be taken to deactivate your HomeLight profile completely. Remember, you are financially responsible for any referral you accepted through the end of your contract “active period” regardless of the deactivation request.
- Update all referrals in your HomeLight agent portal to the most current stage.
- If you are no longer working with a referral make sure to close (fail) it out.
- Note: This should only be done if you are no longer working with the HomeLight referred client.

- Until these steps are completed you will continue to receive ongoing correspondence from HomeLight regarding your open referrals, but will not receive new referrals.
Buyer or Seller Unsubscribe
If you are no longer buying or selling and wish to be removed from HomeLight, please do the following:
- Kindly send in a request for removal by submitting a Support Form to our team.
- Your account and information will be removed within 5 business days and you will no longer receive correspondence from HomeLight.
- Please note, that if an agent has already reached out to you, it is recommended to ask them to remove you from their database.
