How is the call score measured?

  • HomeLight uses key components of your call with the client in order to provide you with an overall call score and insight on what you did well vs what you didn't do so well on. Each call score will vary and we will provide suggestions on how to improve!

How often are my performance metrics updated?

  • Referral metrics will be updated on a daily basis, you won't see real time updates immediately after claiming a referral.

Where can I review my metrics?
