What a Seller Can Expect to See When Reviewing Offers
A Listing Agent can invite Sellers to review offers submitted via HomeLight Listing Management (HLM). Sellers have a read-only view of the property package.
⭐Being able to share a property package with your sellers is a Pro Feature.
The Seller’s View
Sellers will receive an email invite to a package from their Listing Agent. When they click on the Review Now button they will be taken directly to the package. Sellers do not need to create an account and should access the package and offer via their custom link.
⚠️Sellers, do not forward this link. It is custom to you. If you would like someone else to view the offers received please reach out to your agent and have them invite an additional Seller to the package.
Documents
When redirected to the package the Seller will have a read-only view of the documents uploaded to the package.
Offers
In the Offers tab, Sellers will be able to see the summary of terms and can click to view a specific offer, all submitted offers will be a read-only view.
What's Next?
Seller Reviewing Offers
Sellers will be able to click on an offer and see all of the information provided by the Buyer Agent.
This includes the Summary of Terms and all supporting documents that have been uploaded. After reviewing an offer sellers can click the # Offers option above the Summary of Terms to return to the side-by-side offers view.

⚠️It is the responsibility of the Listing Agent to confirm the acceptance or refusal of any submitted offers. HomeLight Listing Management will not notify Buyer Agents or Buyers of either result.
FAQ
Q: Can anyone else see the Seller activity?
- No. The Seller's actions remain confidential to the Listing Team.
- If Sellers need to sign documents in an offer the Listing Agent can use DocuSign option to create an envelope with necessary documents.

Q: I am a Seller, how do I get access to the information on my sold property?
- You will need to reach out directly to your agent for access to the information. If your agent is unavailable we recommend reaching out to the Broekrage for assistance.
