Select the Live Chat bubble in the bottom, right-hand corner of your dashboard to start a live chat.
You will be welcomed by an automated message asking how we can help.
Once you chat in, you will get connected with a live member of our Support team. They will be able to assist you with any questions regarding your account.
Once you have gotten the assistance you need, our team will close out the chat and send you an email record of the conversation.
Have another question? No worries! You can chat live again at any time to restart the process.
If we are outside of working hours, or currently away, you will receive an away message automatically.
