Opting out of Warm Transfers
Step 1
After logging into the Agent Portal, you will automatically be directed to the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, navigate to the upper-right corner drop-down menu.
Step 2
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Step 3
Once you're in Settings, select the ninth option on the left-hand side, Warm Transfer.
Step 4
Select the Opt Out button.
Step 5
Confirm you would like to opt-out.
Step 6
A confirmation pop-up will reflect your changes.
