      Opting in to Warm Transfers

      Step 1

      After logging into your agent portal, you will automatically be directed to the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, navigate to the upper-right corner drop-down menu.

      Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

      Once you're in Settings, select the second-to-last option on the left-hand side, Warm Transfer.

      Click Enroll.

      Select Start.

      To learn about Warm Transfer, navigate through the slides by selecting Next to proceed slide by slide.

      After navigating through the slides, select Opt In upon completion to confirm enrollment.
