Speed to Lead
Speed-to-Lead is the most important factor in getting your HomeLight referrals into contract, and a fast Average Response Time will improve the quality of your team’s future Referrals.
Connecting with Referrals
For high-producing agents, a 5% improvement in connection rate typically leads to 2 additional closings each year. Be sure to update the referral to Connected and beyond to ensure your success is being measured.
Meeting with Referrals
Progressing your Referrals from Connected to the Meeting Scheduled stage is the strongest early indicator of a Transaction that will make it to Closed, and over time will improve the quality of your Referrals.
Closing the Deal
Our algorithm heavily favors agents who produce successful client outcomes, so always update your pipeline to reflect all closed deals!
