How to have a successful introductory call

When you receive a new referral from HomeLight, the initial call you make to the client is critically important. In 2022, Agents who secured a meeting on the first call were 3x more likely to close the deal.

Here are 3 simple steps to have a successful Intro Call:

1. Introduce Yourself

State that you were referred by HomeLight and why you're calling. If you’re a part of a team, reference your team leader's name. 

2. Ask Discovery Questions

Ask discovery questions to uncover their motivation and use it to navigate any potential objections. Be sure to pitch your personal value and what makes you stand out from other agents.

3. Set An Appointment

Schedule an appointment to meet with the client in person.
