Our clients expect a top-quality level of service from the agents that HomeLight refers. Regular and accurate updates let the HomeLight team know that you are engaging every client that you are referred to.

Consistent updates within the HomeLight portal will influence your ranking and may bring new referral opportunities your way. Providing stage updates is important and shows us that you are working on the referral and progressing with the client.

If there is not a stage update on a referral and you are not progressing on the current stage, adding notes will allow HomeLight to see where you are at with the client. Keep in mind, notes can be left at any time and at any stage of the referral.
