  • I just signed up, why am I not receiving HomeLight referrals?

HomeLight is unable to provide a timeline of when you are going to start receiving referrals, however, the following items are the minimum requirement needed on your profile to be competing with other agents.

    • Your referral agreement has been signed.

  • I'm an existing agent, why haven't I received a referral in a while?

You can raise your HomeLight ranking and increase your referral potential by improving the performance metrics that make you a great real estate agent.

    • HomeLight focuses on how quickly you are responding to HomeLight referrals, it's suggested to respond to a new referral within 5 minutes of receiving the notification.
    • HomeLight focuses on your success rate with our referrals. Making stage updates when possible on all current referrals within your HomeLight portal is important to let the algorithm know how you're doing with the clients we are sending you.
