Now when you have a transaction that’s ready for HomeLight Closing Services, all you need to do is log into your account on HomeLight's Agent Portal, click on the Closing Services tab, and start a new order.
How it works
Step 1: Log into the HomeLight Agent Portal
Sign in to your HomeLight account here and access your dashboard.
Step 2: Select the Closing Services button
Select the Closing Services tab on the right of your screen.
Step 3: Enter five key pieces of information
To successfully open a new order, you will need to provide:
- Property address
- Your role
Cooperating agent's email address
Buyer's method of financing
Step 4: Submit your order instantly
Immediately after submitting the information, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order number. You can close out of the dialogue box and go to the list of all your transactions, or click the View Transaction Detail page to view the details of this transaction.
As a top agent, we know you are constantly on the go, and may not have the capability to open an order through the HomeLight Agent Portal.
If needed, you can send your client's documents directly to our Centralized Order Opening team to open an order.
Please note you will not instantly receive an order confirmation number by emailing our Centralized Ordering Opening Team. An Escrow Officer will email your confirmation number directly to you once your order has been processed.
