How Do I Reassign A Referral From One Team Member to Another?

Follow these steps in your HomeLight Agent Portal.

Step 1

In the top right-hand side, select the Referrals tab.

Step 2

Navigate to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side, "Assigned Team Member."

Step 3

Select the team member you wish to reassign a referral from in the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.

Step 4

Select the referral you wish to reassign.

Step 5

Navigate to the drop-down menu on the left-hand side.

Step 6

Update the "Assigned to" to whichever team member you want to reassign the referral to. Be sure to save by selecting the "Done" button.
