How Do I Assign A Referral To A Team Member?

Follow these steps in your HomeLight Agent Portal.

Step 1

In the top right-hand side, select the Referrals tab.

Step 2

Select the referral you want to assign to a team member.

Step 3

Navigate to the drop-down menu under the 'Assigned to'.

Step 4

Select the team member to whom you would like to assign the referral.

Step 5

Select "Done" when completed.
