Updating your Location Preferences

Settings > Location Preferences > Zip Codes (Select from the list to enable or disable locations)

After logging into your agent portal, you will automatically be directed to the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, navigate to the upper-right corner drop-down menu.

Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

Once you're in Settings, select the fourth option on the left-hand side, "Location Preferences."

Tap or click on the zip codes from the list to enable or disable locations.

Note - your sales history must be up to date before you can enable or disable your zip codes.

My profile says I work in a state that I am not licensed in what do I do?

  • If the state your profile is set in, please contact our support team here to help get this changed! Please note, if you have moved and are licensed in a new state, you will need to create a new HomeLight profile.
