Updating your Vacation Status

SETTINGS > AVAILABILITY SETTINGS > I AM UNAVAILABLE > FROM - TO > SAVE CHANGES

After logging into your agent portal, you will automatically be directed to the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, navigate to the upper-right corner drop-down menu.

Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

Once you're in Settings, select the fifth option on the left-hand side, "Availability Settings."

Mark yourself as unavailable.

Mark the to & from dates that you'll be on vacation. Save changes.
