I have a signed listing agreement with a HomeLight referred client. What now?

Congratulations on your listing! 

Please log in to your HomeLight Agent Portal here or through the HomeLight mobile app (Apple & Android). Select the client name, update the stage to "Listing." This will update the referral to reflect that you currently have the home on the market. 

How Do I Update A Referral?

Do you have the listing agreement signed, but the home is not active on the market yet? Select the "Coming Soon" stage and note when the List date is. The system automatically updates the referral to the "Listing" stage on that date.

Under contract? Update the stage to "In Escrow." This will prompt you to fill in the sale price & close date. You'll then be sent the closing documents with the next steps. If you have any further questions, contact our closings team at closings@homelight.com
