      Current Referral Agreement Terms

      This article will tell you general terms to expect when reviewing a pending agreement or amendment in your Agent Portal or Mobile App

      Amendments

      If you have an active agreement, you may be asked to sign an amendment within your portal.

      Agreements

      If you do not have an active agreement, you may be asked in your portal to sign an up-to-date Referral Agreement in contract form. 

      This will include our latest terms on commission (either 30 or 33%) as well as updated language regarding TCPA and more.
