You have successfully opened a new order with HomeLight Closing Services. Next, a HomeLight Escrow Officer will be reaching out directly to begin processing your order.
You can manage your open order by clicking on the Transactions tab in the Agent Portal. There are four key tabs you will use to process your order with HomeLight Closing Services.
- Tasks - HomeLight Closing Services will populate this tab when we need additional information from your end. If you have any questions about a specific action item, please contact your HomeLight Escrow Officer directly.
Progress - Stay up to date with the status of your order. HomeLight Closing Services will update this tab with completed and next steps to close your order.
Documents - View and download any important key documents either HomeLight Closing Services or yourself have submitted.
