Your pending tasks are clearly laid out for each Buy Before You Sell transaction in your pipeline.
Your pending tasks are highlighted at the top of the transaction detail page. Once you complete a task, it will automatically be marked as completed and moved to the Completed tasks below.
Tasks for you to complete for any given transaction include:
- Upload departing residence photos: Upload photos of the departing residence to evaluate the property’s condition.
- Upload contract: Provide your client’s purchase contract as soon as they’re under contract on their new home.
- Under contract questionnaire: Fill out the information regarding your client’s contract on their new home.
- Upload documents: Upload the necessary documentation and client information to process the equity unlock loan.
- Schedule notary signing: Required for us to wire the funds for the Incoming Residence purchase.
- Schedule departing residence inspection: The inspections are required to complete your client’s Buy Before You Sell transaction.
