I Closed On A Referral. What Now?

Congratulations on closing a HomeLight referral! 

If you haven't already, you'll need to update the referral stage to "In Escrow." This will prompt you to note the sale price, method of payment of the referral fee, and the close date of the home.

Once saved, the closing documents will be sent automatically via email. From there, if the referral is now closed, you'll update the stage to "Closed." This will prompt our Closings team to start the closing process on our end. 

For compliance purposes, all payments must include the closing statement. If paying by ACH or wire, you can email the documents to closings@Homelight.com and indicate your payment method. 

Please note - We do not accept payment via credit card at this time.
