How Do I Remove A Referral That I'm Not Working With?
Follow these steps in your HomeLight Agent Portal.
REFERRALS > SELECT REFERRAL > STAGE > FAILED > LEAVE ANY APPLICABLE NOTES > DONE
Step 1
From the dashboard, navigate to the Referrals tab.
Step 2
Select the referral you are needing to move to inactive.
Step 3
In the pop-up window, use the drop-down menu under Stage.
Step 4
Select the "Failed" stage.
Step 5
Add any applicable notes and select Update Stage. You'll then scroll down to select "Done" to save changes.
