      Removing a Team Member

      SETTINGS > MY TEAM > SELECT TEAM MEMBER > REMOVE FROM TEAM

      Step 1

      After logging into your agent portal, you will automatically be directed to the Dashboard. From the Dashboard, navigate to the upper-right corner drop-down menu.

      Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

      Once you're in Settings, select the last option on the left-hand side, "My Team."

      Select the team member you wish to remove.

      Step 4

      Select "Remove From Team."

      FAQs

      I'm no longer part of a team and need to have my own profile.

      • If you are no longer on a team, you will need to ask your Team Lead to remove you as a team member on their profile.
