      Please see below for the current pricing & fees for HomeLight’s financial flagship program Buy Before You Sell (BBYS).

       


       Buy Before You Sell
      • Free for your clients to get started and see how much equity they can unlock
      • 2.4% of the departing residence’s final sale price
      • If your client does not use HomeLight Closing Services on one of the transactions, there is an additional $1,500 fee

      *Fees subject to change and may vary by region.
      *The program fee in areas where Buy Before You Sell operates in Florida is 2.9%.
      *There's a $1,500 fee for each Buy Before You Sell transaction in Chicago (Cook, Kane, Peoria, and Will counties), due to local market regulations requiring the procurement of a lender’s title policy and completion of a title search.
