What is Account Health?

Account Health is a feature within the HomeLight mobile app that provides greater visibility into how you’re performing on the HomeLight platform — and how that performance impacts the referrals you receive. 

Where can I find my Account Health?

You can view your Account Health rating directly from the home screen of the HomeLight mobile app.

What do the ratings mean?

Excellent: Top performance; boosted referral opportunities

Good: Average performance; normal referral flow

Fair: Below average; slight throttling of referrals

Poor: Well below average; significant throttling of referrals

Paused: Referrals stopped; contact HomeLight

How is Account Health calculated?

We evaluate key performance indicators to determine your Account Health rating, including:

Win Rate: The rate at which you win HomeLight referrals compared to how often those referrals are won by other agents.

Meeting Scheduled Rate: The rate at which our AI detects that you’ve been able to schedule a meeting on your first call with a HomeLight referral.

How can I improve my Account Health?

  • Ask for a meeting on every first call.
  • Call and text each referral up to 12 times during the first 3 weeks.
  • Door knock and send direct mail to every HomeLight referral.
